Jim holds a Michigan Real Estate Brokers License (1981) and is a State Certified Appraiser licensed in Michigan and Ohio (1992).  Jim is FHA certified (1987); World Wide ERC trained for Relocation Appraisals and is a Fannie Mae Approved REO Appraiser.
Jim believes in the highest degrees of professionalism and holds a GRI Real Estate designation, is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute and is an IFA designated Appraiser.
Jim actively oversees the companies daily operations to ensure that the highest degree of integrity and service is given to our clients.

Nancy J. Kirkendall
State Licensed Appraiser/Licensed Real Estate Agent
Nancy has been with The VanEtten Company since 1987.  She became an Evaluation Specialist in 1996, a Licensed Appraiser in 1999 and specializes in Residential Property.  Nancy handles the majority of the Relocation, Refinancing and Estate Appraisal requests that come into our office.  Nancy also holds a Real Estate License.

Georgeana (Gigi) Zubke
Office Manager/State Licensed Real Estate Agent
Gigi has been with The VanEtten Company since 1997 as the office manager and processor for all of our appraisals.  As a Realtor, she has been a member of the Lenawee County Association of Realtors since 2003, serving on the Charitable Task Force Committee.
